Let's continue the trend of manipulating parametric primitives with deformers. In this recipe, we are going to use two new deformers, the FFD and Displacer, to change the shape of a perfectly round sphere to turn it into a lopsided and jagged-looking asteroid. The deformers are perfect for this kind of modeling because an asteroid has no set shape, and we can try a variety of different adjustments to the shape without making any permanent changes to the object.
