Surfaces like glossy plastic, shiny metal, and good old-fashioned glass all have a reflective nature, so adding this quality to them in Cinema 4D is crucial to our designs. This recipe will show us how to use the Fresnel (pronounced Frah-Nell) Shader to achieve realistic reflective behavior in our materials.

Getting ready

We are also going to keep using the Bathroom.c4d file from the C4D Content Pack. Our bathroom is getting close to being complete.
