In this chapter, we showed you how the Microsoft Teams admin center contains several usage reports that can help administrators to gain insights into Microsoft Teams usage within their organization and troubleshoot any issues.

In addition, you learned that call analytics within Microsoft Teams can be analyzed on a per-user basis to view and optimize the quality for users in calls and meetings, and that the Call Quality Dashboard provides built-in reports and the ability to create new or imported reports, which can be used to monitor and interpret call quality.
